while sailing along the magical east coast of sardinia we will dive into the clear blue, clarify our inner self and enjoy nutritious soul food. together we will listen to the voices of water, wind and sun who guide us on our journey to connect body and soul again.

about the retreat
this will be my first retreat on water. in a small group of max. 8 participants we will dive deep into who we are and who we want to be, we will identify whatever we carry that isn't ours – believes, expectations, pain, doubts, fears, ... – and let go of it with the help of the elements of water, wind and fire(sun). the goal is to gain back your inner strength in order to start living life in your full creation, instead of someones expectations. together we will create a safe space for each other. we allow ourselves to be carried away by the wind, dive into the crystal blue waters of sardinia, be tickled by the italian sun and cleanse body, mind and soul. and when in italy the one thing that is essential is soul food. enjoy home cooked meals every day that will nourish your body and strengthen every cell.
there will be no space for expectations, only for your true intentions. nothing is written in stone so let's write a story together.
