about the retreat
in a small group of 5-8 participants (5, if only private rooms!) we will dive deep into who we are, what we feel and who we want to be. we will identify whatever we carry that isn't ours – believes, expectations, pain, doubts as well as fears – and let go of it through compassion and with the help of the dynamic of the four elements.
flourish again from the inside out and awaken your full potential by trusting your intuition, instead of living up to someones expectations.
we will create a safe space for each other – filled with compassion and free of judgment. we will allow ourselves to be carried away by the wind, ground on the sacred soil of the island, cleanse in the crystal blue waters and be huged by the italian sun. and when in italy the one thing that is essential is soul food…
